It’s great for those who have an item that hasn’t been sold in a long time or an item that people have trouble getting to. Customers can use the arrow keys to navigate around the home and form an opinion of items almost as well as being on site.

How it works
You need to create an account with Matterport. You do this here. Choose the number of models you think you will need. If it’s just one scan, choose the smallest subscription model.
Make an appointment and Mäklarplan will come out and scan your property. Your cost 1000 sek/hour. Mileage is not included and will be added to the invoice.
A finished model according to your wishes will be emailed after 24h. You will receive a url link and embedded code that you can use at the show. You can then upload this to your booking software.
As long as you need the model, you can continue your subscription with Matterport or simply cancel it again.
